Physical Prowess Proposal

Physical fitness has become an important part of KmikeyM. In just over a year we've transformed our appearance and increased shareholder value by presenting a more professional and healthy image.
We've been dabbling with the idea of more than just general fitness. In the words of Charles Bukowski, "If you're going to try, go all the way." So we've been checking out other gyms and trying new activities. We believe it is time to get VERY SERIOUS about fitness during Q1 of 2013.
The cost of fitness will continue to be covered by personal funds. However, the increased time commitment means this project must be approved by shareholders. Currently we spend about two or three hours a week on fitness. This proposal would more than double that to seven and half hours on a full week. Over the course of the three months of Q1 that is an investment of 90 hours.
The plan would be to continue to work out for a half hour in the morning every weekday. Then we'd add two classes a week at SBGi, a gym specializing in MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We'd continue to spend an hour doing crossfit exercises with our current trainer (Brandon) on Sundays. We'd spend an hour or so each week at a bouldering gym or other hard physical activity. And once a week we'd take an hour class at the Sweet Science Boxing Gym in Kenton. In a perfect week that would be 7.5 hours of physical activity while keeping Saturday free. (Obviously we would have to miss occasional classes due to other events or travel.)
We're excited and inspired to continue to push ourself harder. We have found that a strong and healthy body supports a strong and creative mind and we look forward to a fantastic 2013.
