General Relationship Agreement

Since entering a shareholder approved relationship we've renewed the contract and gained approval for cohabitation. The General Relationship Agreement works to keep all aspects of the relationship moving forward.

This contract is for a period of 735 days, allowing for long-term stability in the partnership.

The terms of the proposed agreement are similar to those in the previous short-term contracts, but many changes have been made and we recommend reading the entire contract before voting. We are very pleased with the negotiation process and the resulting contract. Upon shareholder ratification we will host a contract signing party open to all shareholders.
